Intensive weight loss and fitness programme, over 4 or 7 weeks, designed specifically for females of all ages and fitness levels. All Boot Camps take place outside on the Knavesmire in York, come rain or shine! Varied workouts to maximise fat burning and prevent boredom, these include circuits, boxing, kettle bell workouts, running/jogging, power walking, and core stability workouts. Sessions take place at 6.30-7.30am, Monday to Friday. This Boot Camp is unique to York, as it includes comprehensive health, fitness and postural assessments and a personalised core stability workout designed specifically to your needs to focus on injury prevention and improve general posture. Nutritional and lifestyle advice is given in conjunction with the exercise plan in order to help you achieve the maximum possible results.
